1.8 The service provider undertakes not to forward registered personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.9 Kasutamu Customs O\u00dc has the right to assign and pledge the claims arising from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Service user to third parties. Kasutamu Customs O\u00dc has the right to demand follow-up costs from the Buyer, including legal assistance and debt collection services, in the event of a delay in the Buyer\u2019s payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.10 The user of the service has the right to also change or remove personal data concerning him from the register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.11 The user of the service provides the service provider with an order confirmation to the e-mail address entered when submitting the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
