- Personal data and their use
1.1 The user of the service gives a clear and informed statement to the service provider for the processing of his personal data.
1.2 When placing an order, the personal data of the Service user assigned to the Service provider, entered by the user, will be entered into the customer register and in order to obtain sales service and offer goods to the Service user.
1.3 The source of personal data is the creation of a customer relationship when registering an order in the e-shop.
1.4 Personal data to be registered includes information about the Service user’s order – personal identification number, surname, first name(s), street, house, apartment number, settlement or city, postal code, telephone number, address, method of delivery, payment method used, acceptance of the E-shop User Agreement, e-mail comments entered as free text at
1.5 Personal data is processed by Kasutamu Customs OÜ.
1.6 The service user’s personal data, which is necessary for the mediation of the goods, is transferred by the service user to the company providing the courier or parcel service.
1.7 Protection of personal data is ensured by all security measures resulting from the law.
1.8 The service provider undertakes not to forward registered personal data to third parties.
1.9 Kasutamu Customs OÜ has the right to assign and pledge the claims arising from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Service user to third parties. Kasutamu Customs OÜ has the right to demand follow-up costs from the Buyer, including legal assistance and debt collection services, in the event of a delay in the Buyer’s payments.
1.10 The user of the service has the right to also change or remove personal data concerning him from the register.
1.11 The user of the service provides the service provider with an order confirmation to the e-mail address entered when submitting the order.
1.12 The user of the service allows the service provider to send sales offers to the email address entered when placing the order, if he has marked the given order with a checkmark in the corresponding window on the order submission page.
